"I spoke with Jason in the fall 2025 for a full review of our policies that were elsewhere. At the time, and after running multiple quotes, he thanked me for the opportunity but advised it didn't make sense to move at the time. However, the following year, we reengaged Jason and opted to move our entire relationship to their team. I was very happy with the efficiency and professionalism I experienced with Jason and would highly recommend him."

"We moved to State Farm 2-3 years ago when another company's rates skyrocketed. I must admit, that with the one year renewal for State Farm, this came with a hefty increase in rate. That said, the customer service is very good though (knock on wood) we don't often use them, which is good. I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. I'm just sick of the rates of insurance, no matter what company you're with."

"We needed to initiate coverage in WI, so we called Katie Riley's office because of the positive reviews. Jake answered the phone and we had coverage and were all set in less than 10 minutes. He quoted rates that were hundreds less than my online quote from USAA (another great company). I'm most grateful that this process was so painless because - when we moved to another state in the past - a different State Farm agent treated us like our 30 years with State Farm didn't matter. They needed to manually enter our cars, VINs, DL, years we've been driving, mileage, address, etc even though it was all available in State Farm systems already. Our experience with Jake at Katie Riley's office was completely different. He easily accessed all our information online (with our consent), provided a very reasonable quote, took a credit card number, and we were done. We couldn't ask for a more efficient, customer-focused experience. Thank you!"

"I was a customer with Katie Riley State Farm Insurance for many years and found the services that I was provided were always the ABSOLUTE BEST that I could imagine. If there was an issue with my payment process, Katie and her team of professional were there to help and provide any answers. I had everything happen that we as car owners hope to not happen from needing roadside assistance needs to filing a claim and everything in between. And in those instances where my my premiums may have increased, they never did not jump to horrible, unaffordable levels.

If you are looking for an insurance team that is really a team on your side that feels like they care like family, you are in the most excellent of hands with this insurance agency team."

"I had an out-of-state State Farm agent call me based on a random inquiry that I submitted. The rates were better than my current insurer of Allstate. One thing I wanted was deal with a local agent. So when I sent the out-of-state agents quotes to the Riley’s., Jason not only took the time to explain the other agents quotes but also make the corrections that I needed for my own personal insurance needs. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of and after our conversation switched over to State Farm."
